P\u0103r\u021bile vin la notariat pentru a depune actele necesare enumerate mai jos \u0219i completeaz\u0103 cererea de eliberare a extrasului de carte funciar\u0103 pentru autentificare;<\/p><p>2. \u00cen 2-3 zile, dup\u0103 ce biroul notarial ob\u021bine extrasul de carte funciar\u0103 de la OCPI, p\u0103r\u021bile pot veni la notariat pentru semnarea contractului.<\/p><p>3.
